published:Sep  04   2017

Membership Registration takes place in The Lower Deck at Dubarry Park on Saturday, September 16th, from 11 a.m. Membership Subscription rates have been set for the coming season and are as follows:-

Adult/adult player                                                 €150

Youths/full-time student (ages 13-19)                               €100

Minis (ages 8 to 12)                                              €100

Leprechauns (under 8)                                        €75

Family (2 adult + 2 children U-18)                       €175

Pirates rates are as follows:-

Single Adult                          €200

Pensioners                            €180

Family                                     €250

Family Pirates membership is possibly the most attractive rate as it covers two adults (husband/wife/partner, etc) and school-going children. Pirates get FREE admission to all Buccaneers home matches (on production of their current Pirates Card at the ticket kiosk) plus there is a range of discounts and concessions available to Pirates so it represents decent value over the season.

 JUNIOR CERT DISCO

Students who receive their Junior Cert results on this Wednesday September 13th can celebrate at a supervised, non-alcohol Disco in The Bounty on the night. This Disco from 9 p.m. till midnight is organised by Buccaneers Rugby Football Club in association with the Athlone Drugs Awareness Group and the support of Athlone Gardai. Tickets are available only through local Secondary schools and admission is reserved. Tickets cost just €10 each. Tickets will NOT be on sale at the venue on the night!

CONDOLENCES

Deepest sympathy is extended to Paddy Kenny and family on the death of his brother Jack and to Eamonn Molloy and family on the recent passing of his father John. May they rest in eternal peace.
