Congrats to Scott Flanagan who was in Ireland Clubs U-18 squad that played Italy in Rovigo at the weekend. Well done to Garrycastle on qualifying for next month's AIB Club Championship final and commiserations to St. Brigid's.

Congrats too to Tullamore on regaining the Ulster Bank All-Ireland Junior Cup crown with a 9-3 success over Monivea at Dubarry Park on Saturday. Lots of ex-Buccs in their side including Adrian Hanley, Colin Draper, Tom Gilligan and Eddie Brady. They compiled their scores in unusual fashion, all coming from drop goals by three different players – Draper, Aaron Deverell and David Clavin. Ger O'Connor replied with a penalty for Monivea who were last year's runners-up also. Michael Evans presented the Ulster Bank Cup to winning captain Aaron Deverell.
